    • Our team will guide you through the next steps and provide a prepaid return shipping label.

  2. Prepare Your Return

    • Ensure that the item(s) you are returning are in their original condition, unworn, and with all tags and packaging intact.
    • Carefully pack the item(s) in the original packaging or a secure alternative.

  3. Attach the Prepaid Label

    • Affix the prepaid return shipping label we provided to your package. Be sure to cover any old labels or barcodes.

  4. Drop Off the Package

    • Drop off the package at the nearest shipping location (as specified on the prepaid label). There is no additional cost to you—return shipping is free!

  5. Receive Your Refund

    • Once we receive your returned item(s) and confirm their condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
    • You will receive an email notification once your refund has been processed.
